Newburyport Real Estate a mix of past and present.

Thinking about a move to Newburyport?  Let us show you all that Newburyport has to offer. The variety of Newburyport real estate is extensive. You will find period colonial, Federal ,Georgian, Greek Revival and Victorian architecture throughout the city.

Once a thriving seaport of clipper ships and trade, its preservation has been a labor of love since the late 1970's.  Now the harbor is mainly recreational, dotted with marinas and a beautiful boardwalk. The downtown is filled with shops, restaurants and cafes, all set in 18th century architecture.

Just outside the center is the Plum Island blvd which leads to the barrier island and beautiful beaches. The National Wildlife Refuge a big fan of bird watchers is along the way.

We, at Heritage Realty Associates, have been servicing home buyers and sellers since 1991. Take advantage of our knowledge and experience and let us make Newburyport the address of your next home.

  1. Personally, my favorite homes are historical homes. I feel like the have so much character, especially compared to how modern homes are designed. That's part of the reason why I've been looking at newburyport real estate. I think that the homes there would be a really good fit with my personal aesthetic.

  3. This is a very informative website. My son and his new wife have been looking for a newburyport real estate agent to help them with their search in a home. They have been looking for historical homes or old fashioned looking homes. Any suggestions would help.
